Order processing time

This is the period between the time the customer places their order and the time the seller forwards it to the shipping service provider.

Typically, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after order confirmation and payment. Orders placed over the weekend may be delayed.

Our warehouse only operates during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. In this case, we will take measures to minimize delivery delays.

Order tracking

You will receive an email when your order is shipped. We will provide you with a tracking number (the tracking number will take effect within 24 hours). Note: During events or holidays, the delay may be longer.

If you are unable to track your package correctly, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.


Delayed shipment

International shipments may be delayed due to Covid-19. If your order is delayed, please contact us at de.doogee@gmail.com and we will immediately check the situation with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding and support.



Cancellation of order

Please contact us immediately after purchase so we can cancel your order. If the package has not been shipped after you made the payment, you can cancel your order before the item is shipped. We will refund you in full.

Once the package has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.

About taxes and fees

Normally, we ship from our EU warehouse. However, in rare cases of out of stock or new products, we ship from our Hong Kong warehouse. In this case, a small customs fee may apply. Customs fees are charged by your country's government, not our website, and you are responsible for these fees. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other country.
