Warranty Policy
This DOOGEE Warranty Policy ("DOOGEE", "we", "us" or "our") applies only to products purchased directly from FR.DOOGEE.CC. DOOGEE.CC. If you purchased your product through another source, please contact the seller who ultimately sold it to you.

Limited Product Warranty - 1 Year
DOOGEE offers a one-year warranty to the original purchaser.

Corrective measures
If a hardware defect is discovered and DOOGEE receives a justified claim during the warranty period, DOOGEE

(1) will repair the product free of charge using new or refurbished replacement parts.
(2) replace the product with a new or refurbished product.
(3) return the product, excluding any shipping costs.

In the event of default, this is your sole remedy, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Shipping and handling charges may apply, unless prohibited by law.
The warranty period for a replacement hardware product is the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or such additional period as may be applicable in your country.

How to Request Warranty Service
Subject to applicable laws, DOOGEE may require the customer to provide proof of purchase and a warranty card with the IMEI of the product. You are responsible for backing up any data, software or other materials you store or maintain on the product. Such data, software or other materials may be lost or reformatted during the service and DOOGEE is not liable for any such damage or loss.

Exclusions and limitations
The limited warranty does not apply
(a) to damage caused by natural disasters or acts of God, such as lightning, tornadoes, floods, fires, earthquakes or other external causes;
(b) negligence
(c) use for commercial purposes
(d) alteration or modification of any part of the Product;
(e) Damage caused by the use of products other than DOOGEE;
(f) Damage caused by accident, abuse or misuse;
(g) Damage caused by incorrect voltage or power supply when the Product is used outside its authorized or intended use as described by DOOGEE;
(h) damage caused by services (including upgrades and enhancements) provided by anyone other than a DOOGEE representative;
(i) failure to follow the Product operating instructions. This Limited Warranty does not cover the restoration and reinstallation of the software program and user data. If any provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the Limited Warranty does not apply.

Implied Warranty
Except where prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to them.

Limitation of compensation claims
Except where prohibited by applicable law, dooguee is not liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, revenue or data, damages resulting from breach of express or implied warranties or conditions or under any other legal theory, even if dooguee has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Special note:
For products that can be repaired free of charge under warranty, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. For products that are not covered by warranty, you are responsible for the cost of repair parts and services, as well as the shipping costs for both directions. Under normal circumstances, DOOGEE will return the product to the customer by standard shipping method; if the customer wants a faster shipping method, the customer must pay the corresponding shipping cost.
